Rapid Dry Carpet Cleaning is a family-owned, owner-operated carpet and upholstery cleaning company serving the Tri-County area, including Detroit, Rochester, Rochester Hills, Auburn Hills, West Bloomfield, and Bloomfield Hills. Their eco-friendly, pet- and family-safe cleaning process handles carpets, upholstery, tile, and grout for homes, offices, and rental properties — and their signature quick-dry process gets carpets dry in about an hour instead of the day-plus wait that comes with traditional deep cleaning. They're available 24 hours a day, which says a lot about how seriously they take being there when a customer needs them.
JpCS manages Rapid Dry's Google Local Services Ads, built out and verified their Google Business Profile, and worked with Scotty on a consistent review strategy. For a local service business, Google is the front door long before the website is. The goal was straightforward: make it as easy for a new customer to find Rapid Dry as it is for a repeat customer to call them.
That work shows up in the numbers. Rapid Dry now holds a perfect 5.0 rating across more than 110 Google reviews — the kind of proof that turns a search result into a booked job. A website project to support AI-driven search is currently in discussion.
