Last Updated: July 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Jpetrous Creative Services LLC, doing business as JpCS or Jonathan Petrous (“JpCS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you:
If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Site or engage our Services. Questions can be directed to contact@jpetrous.com.
Contact and billing details you provide, project and account information needed to deliver Services, payment data (handled by our payment processors), and limited technical data from Site visits.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, such as health, biometric, or government ID data.
We share information with the service providers listed in Section 6 (payment processors, hosting, automation, and file-delivery tools) as needed to deliver Services. We do not sell your personal information.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, and can opt out of marketing communications at any time, as described in Section 11.
We collect information you provide directly, such as when you request a quote, sign a Service Agreement, or contact us. This may include:
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems. Payment data may be collected and stored by Hectic, Stripe, Wave, PayPal, Zelle, Apple Pay, Venmo, and/or QuickBooks, depending on how you choose to pay. Their privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policies:
When you visit the Site, we and our hosting provider (Webflow) automatically collect certain technical information, including IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and approximate location. This information is used to operate, secure, and improve the Site and does not by itself identify you personally.
For clients who engage our social media management or AI-assisted marketing automation Services, we may connect to your accounts through third-party platforms, including your Webflow content management system, Facebook Page, and Instagram Business account, using automation and marketing tools such as Zapier, HubSpot, and Buffer. Through these connections we can access account and content information (such as posts, captions, images, and page/account identifiers) solely as needed to configure and run the automations and Services you have requested. We do not use this access for any purpose beyond delivering the agreed Services, and we remove or reconfigure access when an engagement ends, upon your request.
We use the information we collect to:
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following situations:
We use a variety of third-party software and platforms to operate our business and support our clients. These tools generally fall into the following categories, each governed by its own provider’s privacy policy:
This list is illustrative and not exhaustive — we may use additional tools not named here. The specific tools and providers we use may change at any time without prior notice as our business and service offerings evolve. We encourage you to review these providers’ privacy policies to understand how they process data on their platforms.
The Site, hosted on Webflow, may use cookies and similar technologies to operate core functionality, remember preferences, and understand how visitors use the Site. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect Site functionality. We do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, as no uniform industry standard exists for honoring them.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, maintain business records (including invoices), and comply with legal, accounting, or tax obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it, or securely isolate it if immediate deletion is not possible (for example, in backup systems).
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we handle, including limiting access to client accounts and platform connections to what is needed to deliver Services. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to or from the Site or shared with us.
Our Site and Services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected information from someone under 18 without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete it. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us at contact@jpetrous.com.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email contact@jpetrous.com. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.
Opting out of marketing: You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in those emails, or by contacting us directly. You may still receive non-marketing, service-related communications necessary to deliver active Services.
Withdrawing consent: Where we rely on your consent to process information, you may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us; this will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
California residents may request, once per year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information we have disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes, under California Civil Code Section 1798.83 (the “Shine the Light” law). Requests can be submitted in writing to the contact information in Section 15.

The “Last Updated” date at the top of this Policy reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be indicated by a prominent notice on the Site or direct communication to active clients where appropriate.
