You don't need a production crew. You don't need expensive equipment. You need a phone, a reasonably quiet space, and five to ten minutes. Here are three video ideas you can film this week that will immediately improve your business's digital presence — and that most of your competitors aren't doing.
What's the question that comes up in almost every customer conversation before someone books with you? Answer it on camera. Two to three minutes, direct to camera, in your own words. No script — just conversational. This video does several things at once: it answers a real customer question, it demonstrates your expertise, it builds trust before the first call, and it gives Google indexable content if you post it on your website with a written transcript. Film it wherever feels authentic to what you do — your workspace, a job site, your truck.

"Hi, I'm [Name], and I run [Business]. Here's what we do, here's who we help, and here's why we care about doing it well." That's the whole video. 60 seconds. First person. Looking into the camera. Put this on your homepage. It will do more to build trust with new website visitors than any written copy you could put in its place. People buy from people. This video reminds them that a real person is behind your business.
Film the before. Do the work. Film the after. Show it side by side or back to back. Add a brief voiceover or on-screen caption. Done. This type of content performs exceptionally well on social media because it's immediately satisfying and shows your work in a way that no written description or photo can match.

Film one of these today. The habit of showing up on camera is more valuable than any production upgrade.
