Vacation Innovations — member travel emails and campaigns

Vacation Innovations runs member travel programs, including the Advantage Member Program, Vida Vacations and the SFX Preferred Resorts Travel Store, sending offers to members across several countries. Every send had to work in more than one language, stay on brand across very different promotions, and get out on a steady schedule for partners like Carnival Cruise Line, Hilton and Royal Caribbean.

• Email template system: a library of modular Advantage Member Program layouts, from destination grids and resort cards to app-feature and booking-focused designs, so new campaigns could be assembled quickly without losing the brand.
• Campaign banners: hero series like "Last Minute Resort Deals" and "Last-Minute Premium Vacations," one headline system carried across a family of lifestyle images so each send felt fresh but recognizable.
• Seasonal and flash-sale promotions: National Armed Forces Day, Father's Day Weekend Flash Sale, Red White & Blue Summer Flash Sale and Countdown to the Holidays, with color and image variations for testing.
• Partner offers: free Carnival cruise member perks for Vida Vacations, Carnival Family Reunion Month offers, and promotions for Hilton and Royal Caribbean.
• SFX Preferred Resorts: launch emails for the Travel Store's New Adventure Travel Bundle.
• Profit Agility: page mockups for the "Last Minute Resort Deals" experience, with resort cards, pricing and booking calls to action in several layouts.
• We Buy and Sell Timeshare: logo concepts for the sub-brand, from house and roofline marks to buy-and-sell arrow icons and wordmarks in the brand's blue and green.
• Multilingual: campaigns produced in English, Spanish and other languages, with layouts built to hold longer translated copy.
