A town hall is where residents hear directly from the mayor and the City, but most people cannot be in the room. The City needed the whole meeting on record and something short enough that residents would actually watch.
Filmed the town hall at Lighthouse Elementary on multiple cameras, then edited two deliverables: the full meeting, cut between angles so it is watchable from start to finish, and a set of highlight clips sized for social. Everything was delivered to the City's shared drive. This was donated as a pro bono project.
