AI Use Policy
Jpetrous Creative Services LLC (“JpCS”)
Last Updated: October 28, 2026
JpCS uses artificial intelligence in parts of its work, and says so. This Policy sets out where AI is used, where it is not, what happens to your material, and what you can ask us to do differently. It is written on the view that you are entitled to know how your work was made.
AI is a tool in this studio, not a replacement for the person you hired. It drafts, it transcribes, it produces voice over, and it speeds up research. It does not decide what your brand should say, and it does not ship work nobody has read.
Everything we deliver passes through a person before it reaches you. Where AI did a meaningful part of the work, you are told, without having to ask.
Voice over reads are AI-generated. We will not describe a synthetic read as a human performance, to you or to anyone your spot reaches.
Voices are licensed through ElevenLabs. We do not clone the voice of any real person without that person’s written consent. Where you ask us to clone your own voice, written consent is taken before production, the recordings you supply are used only to produce the agreed deliverables, and they are deleted at the end of the engagement on request.
Usage terms — placement, markets and length of use — are agreed before production rather than afterwards.
This site carries an AI assistant, provided by ElevenLabs. It is an AI, not a person, and it says so. Anything you type or say to it is sent to and processed by ElevenLabs, and may be retained by that provider under its own privacy policy.
Please do not give it sensitive personal information, passwords, payment details or confidential business material. Every page also carries a phone number and a contact form, and the assistant can be closed or ignored. This is covered in more detail in Section 3.2 of our Privacy Policy.
No deliverable goes out unreviewed. Copy is read, designs are checked, audio is listened to, and video is watched before it reaches you.
That said, AI-assisted output can be confidently wrong — particularly with names, dates, figures, quotations and local detail. Review anything before it is published under your name, and tell us about anything that reads oddly. We would rather fix it than have it go out.
We do not sell your material, and we do not supply it to anyone for the purpose of training AI models. Where AI tools are used in the course of delivering your work, we use business-tier tools and keep confidential client material out of consumer tools that train on what is submitted to them.
Some processing necessarily happens on third-party platforms — a script passing through ElevenLabs to be voiced, for example. The providers we use are listed in Section 6 of our Privacy Policy, each governed by its own terms.
Tell us, and we will scope the work without it. Some services change materially as a result — AI voice over is the obvious case, since there is no version of it that is not AI — and some will take longer or cost more, because the time has to come from somewhere. We will tell you which, in writing, before the work is agreed rather than after.
A request made partway through an engagement applies to work not yet produced.
Where a placement, platform, broadcaster or advertising standard requires AI-generated content to be disclosed, that obligation sits with you as the advertiser. We will tell you plainly which parts of a deliverable are AI-generated so that you can meet it. If you are unsure whether a disclosure is required, ask before the spot runs.
We do not guarantee that AI-assisted output is free of errors, and nothing in this Policy changes the disclaimers in Section 11 of our Terms and Conditions. What we do guarantee is that a person looked at it, and that you were told how it was made.
The tools in this field change quickly. We may update this Policy at any time by posting a revised version with a new “Last Updated” date, and the specific tools and providers named here may change without notice. The version in force when a project is scoped governs that project.
If you want to know exactly how a particular deliverable was produced, ask. You will get a straight answer.
