Design

Graphic Design Details:

  • Minimum of five hours applied to all projects or requests ($500), at standard hourly rate of $100 per hour. 
  • If and or when hourly labor exceeds minimum hours, hourly rate continues until project completion or termination. See Base Hourly Ratfor more information.
  • Pricing does not include third party printing, fees such as shipping and handling, and or materials used for creation will be added to the final invoice. JpCS is aims to be environmentally friendly and will supply all completed artwork in digital formats whenever available. 
  • Blue highlighted material on page 4 can be used in Creative Retainer services. 

* Creative Retainer Details:

  • Minimum commitment of 3 months is required to accept Creative Retainer Services. 
  • After the first commitment, we can re-evaluate the program to ensure the number of hours are fitting your business needs. 
  • Other commitments include 6, 9, or 12 month increments.
  • Each retainer includes a set number of hours per month. Overage in hours each month will be billed at the standard hourly rate of $100/hour Monday through Friday, and 2T on Saturdays and 3T on Sundays.
  • If using Creative Retainer hours on a weekend, hours billed will reflect Double Time or Triple Time rates as stated. 
  • Ex. If an account has 10 hours, and JpCS works 5 hours on Saturday, the client will be billed for 10 hours to reflect the Double Time rate. Any additional overtime will then begin to accumulate. 
  • No refunds for unused hours. Hours do not rollover.
  • Priority Services come before one-offs, hourly projects and are ranked based on Creative Retainer tier and or seniority.
  • Creative Retainer Program includes: Printed Services: Deliverables, direct mailers, brochures, event programs, signage, printed advertisements, menus, and more. Digital Services: Email templates, social media graphics, blog banners, digital advertisements and more.
  • Creative Retainer Program do NOT include: Services do not include logo design. Logos will be charged at the normal hourly rate of $100/hour, starting at the minimum of $500 per Terms and Conditions under Base Hourly Rate. Services do not include web design or web re-design. A Web Design package can be prepared for you separately upon request.  See pages 7 and 8 of the Service Guide for more information. Services do not include social media management, posting, listening, etc. A Social Media Management package can be prepared for you separately upon request. See page 10 of the Service Guide for more information. Services do not include additional costs like stock photography, stock video and fonts. Additional services are available upon request. 
  • Services regarding printed material require an additional charge. Printing services are available upon request, at an additional fee for printing, shipping and handling. Print-ready documents will be prepared regardless in the form of PDFs and shared via email or Google Drive.
  • A 30-day notice is required for termination of the Creative Retainer service. No refunds for past services. Last month of Creative Retainer service is due in full upon termination of service. 

** Add-Ons:

  • Social Media Management, Web Design, Web Maintenance and AdobeStock imagery can be added for an additional fee. Discount of 5% applied to complete bundle when add-on service is applied to Creative Retainer package. 
  • Add-Ons will not start or continue unless paid in full or a 50% deposit is made at the start of each month. Additional fees still or may apply.
  • Social Media Management services are explained further at Jpetrous.com and on page 10 of the Service Guide.
  • Web Design and Web Maintenance services are explained further at Jpetrous.com and on pages 7, 8 and 9 of the Service Guide.
  • Web Design projects must be performed by JpCS and JpCS will not work on any websites that were not created by JpCS. A Web Design package must be chosen before being applied to Creative Retainer program. 
  • When a website project is completed, service add-on is rolled over into a Web Maintenance program, and add-on charge continues until terminated by the requester or client. 
  • Web Maintenance will default to minimum hourly service of 3 hours per month unless otherwise specified. 
  • AdobeStock pricing based on number of images needed and or the program selected. 

* Web Design & eCom Web Design Details:

  • Pricing includes Wireframe design, CMS setup, domain setup, proofing, SEO setup, site publication and first year hosting fee. Additional yearly hosting fees still apply. 
  • Additional fees may apply based on site needs and required requests for Web Maintenance & Management.
  • 3rd Party tools, integrations, software, applications, etc. Must be supplied and paid for by the requester or client with instructions on how and where they need to be installed. 
  • JpCS is not responsible for any additional fees that the 3rd party may charge. 
  • JpCS is not responsible for any malicious software, spyware, viruses, etc that may be attached to or attracted to the shared 3rd party integration. 
  • It is the requester or clients responsibility to throughly investigate any and all tools before sharing, and the requester or client takes full responsibility for any negative outcomes that may occur. 
  • Web Design process varies on project and level of detail required. Pricing is scaled at an estimated three month design process (90 days), billed in monthly increments. Design and development times vary based on project needs and requirements. 
  • Billed total due within 30 days of date marked on invoice. Late payments are subject to late fee of 10% of total bill. 
  • Blue highlighted material on pages 7 and 8 show same or shared services across each tier.

** Annual Hosting Details:

  • Annual hosting fee is billed annually to maintain site publication. Failure to submit a complete or agreed upon partial payment will result is a pause or cancellation of service provided by JpCS. 
  • Annual Hosting fee does not include any Web Maintenance or Management support.

* Web Maintenance & Management Details:

  • Minimum commitment of 3 months is required. 
  • After the first commitment, we can re-evaluate the program to ensure the number of hours requested are fitting your business needs. 
  • Other commitments include 6, 9, or 12 month increments.
  • Each Web Maintenance and Management service has a set number of hours per month. Overage in hours each month will be billed at the standard hourly rate of $100/hour, rounded up to the nearest whole number. 
  • Unused hours expire at the end of each month. This is to ensure the dedicated time needed to complete your projects, and plan workloads accordingly with all clients. 
  • No refunds for unused hours. Hours do not rollover.
  • 50% Deposit is due on the first of each month. Remaining balance is due the 16th of the month as well as any additional charges or overages.

* Social Media Management Details:

  • Social Media Management is priced at weekly intervals, and billed in monthly increments. Billed total due within 30 days of date marked on invoice. Late payments are subject to late fee of 10% of total billed.
  • Minimum commitment of 3 months is required.. 
  • After the first commitment, we can re-evaluate the program to ensure the desired service requested is fitting your business needs. 
  • Other commitments include 6, 9, or 12 month increments.
  • Starting at rate is per business and per business location desired.
  • Businesses with multiple locations will be charged per location requested to have Social Media Management services.
  • Starting at rate is per business entity or brand. 
  • Businesses with multiple entities or brands will be charged and billed separately. 
  • Multiple businesses, entities or brands may be eligible for a discount of 10% can be applied if exceeding 5 separate locations, businesses, entities or brands. 
  • Blue highlighted material on page 10 show same or shared services across each tier.

* Referral Program Details:

  • Referral Program has no limit to number of referrals made to JpCS.  
  • Credit is not and will not be shared outside of invoice or account as a check, cash, gift card or any other form of payment. 
  • All earned credit will be applied to active customer accounts or invoices only. 
  • Earned credit amount can change at any time and without notice to the customer. 
  • No service is guaranteed to be free at any time. Services can appear free if the customer has earned enough credit in referrals to cover the cost of the requested service. 
  • Earned credit does not roll over or carry over from one invoice to another. 
  • Earned credit cannot be given or awarded to another customer. 
  • Earned credit is rounded to the nearest hundredth when being applied regardless of invoice total or amount due.
  • Referral credits will expire six months from when they are received if not used. 
  • Earned credit expiration can change at any time and without notice to the customer. 
  • In order to received earned credit, the referred business must:
  • Accept partnering with JpCS.
  • Have an active account for at least one month (30 days).
  • Have a service completed and paid for in full.  
  • Once confirmation has been made, the referral credit will be applied to the referrers active account or next available invoice.

* Terms and Conditions: 

  1. Invoice is sent by mail and or email once final proof has been confirmed by client for completion of project. 
  2. Total billed as seen as “Grand Total” found on the Invoice is due within 30 days of date listed on the invoice shared. 
  3. Any and all past or overdue totals are subject to a 10% late fee of the grand total listed on the invoice. 
  4. Failure to submit a complete or agreed upon partial payment will result is a pause or cancellation of service provided by JpCS. 

* Base Hourly Rate: 

  • Standard hourly rate of $100/hr applies during standard business hours, Monday through Friday. Hourly labor is rounded up to the nearest whole number. 
  • Double Time (2T) applied to Saturdays ($100*2=$200/hr), and Triple Time (3T) applied to Sundays ($100*3=$300/hr).
  • All labor fees are subject to change without notice. 

* Deposit Terms: 

  • Unused hours expire at the end of each month. This is to ensure the dedicated time needed to complete your projects, and plan workloads accordingly with all clients.
  • No refunds for unused hours. Hours do not rollover.
  • 50% Non-Refundable Deposit is due on the first of each month. Remaining balance is due the 16th of the month as well as any additional charges or overages.
  • Payments are accepted in full at first of each month. 
  • Accepted payments include Cash, Credit, and Check.
